Step 1
You can contact me by phone, email or text – please see all of our contact details at the bottom of this page.
I will reply within 24 hours, and from there, we can arrange a meeting so that I can see your garden and we can chat about your plans and ideas.
I will go away and source materials, plants etc, work out timescales and come back to you with a broad overview of ideas.
I frequently involve the other members of my team at this point as they can often come up with an idea or option that maybe we haven’t thought of.
Step 2
You will then receive a detailed quote of the proposed project. It will list the materials that we will be using and the labour, and any other elements required.
Once it is agreed between us, we then book you in for the next available slot. Once your slot is confirmed it remains 100% yours. No one will leapfrog you or take your place – the only variable being the weather which is tricky to control!
We will stay in touch with you through the waiting period, especially if materials are being ordered and held for you, or other developments take place. As we get closer to the time we will confirm the actual start day.
Suffice to say, you will be kept up-to-date throughout the whole process.
Step 3
D Day! The team and I will arrive bright and early to set up.
Usually, we will need a little storage space for tools and equipment that we will be using while with you.
We will then mark out the layout of the design and start to deconstruct before we can construct. At the end of every day, we clean down and tidy up talking you through our plan for the following day.
Whilst I am not on site all the time, I will be with the team every day at some point. My job is primarily to make sure that they have everything they need, delivered exactly when they need it, so that the project flows smoothly.
Shaun and Steve can always answer any of your questions and make changes to the plan if needed (and there are always changes!)
Step 4
When the project is complete, we will take time to go through it with you and answer any queries that you have regarding care and maintenance that you can carry out yourself.
Hopefully, we will then leave you not only with a garden that you absolutely love, but also feeling that you have really enjoyed the whole process from start to finish.
